Victim attends this duty, stating that walked by the place of facts when he was approached by two individuals on a bike and one with a machete in hand down the bike, demanding the victim's belongings. The victim handed over his backpack and double absconded. The backpack contained the RG, transportation card and two phones sansumg, and keys. Then fled bike. Victim is unable to recognize the two thieves due to quick action. Nothing more.
