The present police investigation was initiated by executive order to establish the crime of theft, as contained in the record that on June 10, 2011, at 11hs46min, José Maria de Aquino after paying for their purchases in Supermarket Cuca Street Joseph Singer, 585, Humaita Saint Vincent also carried hidden in cart Monday, many goods they stole. Maria Jose was arrested and taken to police station where the goods have been refunded to the representative of the Supermarket.
                                   The list of stolen goods were seized and returned to the Supermarket manager (fls 5:25). Jose Maria de Aquino was formally indicted for the crime of theft and interrogation admitted committing the crime (pgs 13-16).
