Onde mediante ameaça, foram obrigados a descarregar as mercadorias para o interior desta mata, tendo logo em seguida os ameaçado de morte, caso estes os denunciassem, os liberando. Diante dos relatados acima citado, esta guarnição juntamente com apoio do CGP 3 e comandante de CIA se deslocaram até o local indicado onde visualizaram três individuos já no interior da mata carregando as caixas, sendo que com a aproximação desta equipe, empreenderam fuga, tendo esta logrado êxito na detenção do indiciado. Mercadorias recuperadas e a vítima observou o indiciado nesta delegacia, não tendo dúvidas em reconhece-lo como sendo um dos ladrões que o abordaram no Rio Branco. Mercadorias devolvidas a vítima e o indiciado encaminhado ao CDP local, após receber voz de prisão e lavrado auto de Prisão em Flagrante. A vitima reconhece o indiciado como tendo em outra ocasião praticado um roubo contra si, quando também fazia entrega dos Correios Nada mais.

Comparece o policial militar Eduardo de RE XXXXX informando que estava em patrulhamento quando se deparou com dois individuos em uma bicicleta e que estava em atitude suspeita. Ao serem abordados foi encontrado na cintura, por baixo da camisa, do Felipe Santana, um simulacro de arma de fogo. O outro adolescente, chamado Melquisedeque, foi revistado, mas não nada de ilícito foi encontrado. Diante dos fatos os mesmo foram apresentados nesta unidade policial, onde o objeto foi apreendido e o adolescentes liberados. Nada mais.

ROUBO DE COSMÉTICOS

Comparece neste plantão policial, o motorista da empresa XXXXXX Entregadora, informando que estava transportando 40 caixas de produtos da Natura e da Avon, juntamente com 32 Notas Fiscais, quando ao adentrar nesta rua, local dos fatos, foi abordado por quatro individuos armados e logo a vítima, mais o seu ajudante, foram levados para dentro de uma viela, a pé, existente ali nas imediações, enquanto outros membros da quadrilha levavam o carro com as mercadorias. A vitima ficou sob a vigilancia dos marginais por cerca de uma hora e meia, após estes período, a vitima e o ajudante Anderson foram liberados. Sendo que um deles foi detido com o celular roubado da vítima. Após a detenção do suspeito. Os policiais encontraram a vítima nesta unidade policial. A vitima não teve dúvidas em reconhecer o Everson como um dos autores do crime, além de ter sido recuperado o aparelho celular e devolvido a Romildo Madalozo. O segundo ladrão escapou pela mata existente no local, levando consigo a arma usada no crime e quatrocentos reais que também foi subtraido da vítima. Mesmo com o apoio do Helicóptero Águia, o segundo bandido não foi localizado. Diante dos fatos foi dado voz de prisão ao Everson, lavrado Auto de Prisão em Flagrante e o indiciado encaminhado ao CDP. VERSÃO DA VÍTIMA QUE o declarante tem a informar que estava fazendo uma entrega no Restaurante do Parque, quando entrou no carro, um individuo abriu a porta do carona e anunciou o roubo, logo o Ewerton apareceu na frente do veiculo com uma arma de fogo apontando para o declarante e mandou o declarante entregar tudo, o declarante entregou o celular e mais quatrocentos reais em dinheiro. Que o declarante acertou com o Dirceu para ele fazer o serviço que seria cobrado trezentos reais. Acontece que após a conversa que ocorreu na parte da manhã, ao retornar a noite ao posto, constatou que o veiculo Golf do declarante teve as rodoas de Magnésio trocadas por rodas amassadas de ferro. Que se dirigiu para esta unidade policial e viu sua moto, recuperada.
